Application

The semi-auto assembly machine is specially designed for convenient changing of burning combo, especially suit for frequent changing of different capacity middle&large size batteries (50AH-250AH) in small and medium scale production.

Feature

The machine was designed with unique group plates tighten and  pushing device. It can easily close the comb sets, keep same pressure to plate groups and ensure smooth pushing to container in tight state to reduce hurt to outer plates and separator .

The auto function of the machine help to reduce the contact between operator and Lead, and avoid pollution of lead dust.

The machine was designed into 2 series according to battery containers: 1×6 series（for battery below 150AH） and 2×3 series (for battery from 180AH to 250AH)

（1×6 series）：Manually insert plate groups into tighten device and press the handle to close the comb sets to be tight. After group burning, open the comb sets and push the whole tighten device to pushing position, all plate groups will be pushed into battery container automatically at same time in tight state.

（2×3 series）：After group burning, open the comb sets, the tighten device will push out the groups automatically. Then manually insert plate groups into pushing device which will tighten plate groups, and then push into battery container automatically.
