The machine is designed with a unique plate group fastening and pushing device. It can easily close the comb group, maintain the same pressure as the plate group, and ensure smooth pushing into the container in a sealed state to reduce damage to the outer plates and separators.

The machine's automatic functions help reduce the operator's contact with lead and avoid lead dust pollution.

The machine is designed into 2 series according to the battery container: 1×6 series (for batteries below 150AH) and 2×3 series (for batteries from 180AH to 250AH).

(1×6 Series): Manually insert the plate group into the fastening device, press the handle to close the comb group and fasten it. After group burning, open the comb group, push the entire fastening device to the pushing position, and all plate groups will be automatically pushed into the battery container simultaneously in a fastened state

(2×3 Series): After group burning, open the comb group, and the tightening device will automatically push out the group. Then manually insert the plate group into the pushing device, which will tighten the plate group and then automatically push it into the battery container.
