Brief Introduction

Suitable for large-scale formation of large, medium, and small sealed lead-acid batteries. It performs online monitoring of individual batteries, and is particularly suitable for capacity screening and batch grouping of batteries that need to be used in pairs.


Features

  • Controlled by a dedicated microcomputer with LCD display, and connectable to a PC.

  • Easy to operate: Programs can be edited, viewed, started, or stopped via the device's control panel, or the device can be operated by downloading programs through a computer.

  • Intelligent program control prevents quality accidents such as overcharging and over-discharging of batteries.

  • Discharged power is fed back to the power grid, and the operation of each circuit does not interfere with each other.

  • The transformer adopts an energy-saving design, eliminating series resistors in the circuit to save electrical energy.

  • Specifications below 60A are without fuses, and the main circuit adopts a resettable protection device.

  • The acquisition system uses a dedicated industrial control bus, featuring fast data processing speed and stable and reliable system performance.

  • Data acquisition adopts a "high-speed parallel acquisition mode" with no time difference and accurate data.

  • The acquisition module is close to the battery, saving wiring and greatly reducing user investment.

  • This machine integrates formation, monitoring, and automatic capacity screening and grouping, achieving extremely high production efficiency.


Functions

  1. Equipped with multiple protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse polarity, phase loss, short circuit, and current interruption.

  2. Features power-off data storage and automatic recovery of operation after power-on, enabling true unattended work.

  3. With LCD display, process programs can be set arbitrarily; the slave computer can store processes for 9 different types of batteries for production call-up.

  4. Provides various working modes such as constant voltage, constant current, constant voltage with current limit, constant current with voltage and time limits, standing, and cycling.

  5. Has multiple operation functions including run, stop, pause, step skip, and current interruption release.

  6. Supports multi-machine networking for resource sharing.
