Multifunctional Tester for Battery Packs


Purpose

Suitable for testing various electrical performance items of single storage batteries or battery packs, including discharge performance and cycle life performance.


Features

  • Controlled by a dedicated microcomputer, equipped with an LCD screen, and compatible with PC connection.

  • Easy to operate: Program writing, viewing, starting, stopping, and other operations can be performed via the device's control panel or programs downloaded from a PC.

  • Features intelligent program control for accurate recording of test data.

  • Capable of collecting voltage data of each individual battery in the battery pack.


Functions

  1. Capable of testing comprehensive performances of battery packs, including capacity, charge acceptance, charge retention, discharge performance, cycle life, and overcharge/overdischarge capability.

  2. Allows arbitrary setting of test process programs and can store multiple programs for later use.

  3. Features multiple working modes: constant voltage, constant current, constant voltage with current limit, constant current with voltage and time limits, standing, and cycling.

  4. Provides various functions such as run, stop, pause, and step skip.

  5. Equipped with power-off data storage and automatic resumption of operation after power restoration.

  6. Supports multi-machine networking to achieve resource sharing.

  7. Data can be uploaded to a PC, enabling the generation of various data reports and curve reports.
