OPzV Series Stationary Valve-Regulated Gel Battery


Product Features

  • Adopts tubular positive electrodes and pasted negative electrodes, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and effective prevention of positive active material shedding. It boasts high performance in high-current discharge and deep discharge recovery, with cycle durability approximately twice that of AGM batteries.

  • Equipped with specially designed components such as tank covers and safety valves, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life. It prevents the plastic case from swelling or cracking, and avoids electrolyte leakage or drying.

  • Uses European gel battery-specific PVC-SiO₂ separators with high porosity, resulting in low internal resistance of the battery.

  • Adopts lead-embedded copper core terminals and multiple pole sealing technologies, enhancing the battery's tolerance to high-current discharge and ensuring reliable pole sealing.

  • All product performances meet or exceed the German DIN 40742 standard and IEC 60896-2 standard.


Product Brief

The battery uses fumed silica gel as the electrolyte, which is in a gel state—non-flowing, free from acid leakage and acid stratification. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. Equipped with excess electrolyte, the battery features large heat capacity and excellent heat dissipation performance. It is not prone to drying out or thermal runaway under high temperatures and overcharging, ensuring a long service life and reliable operation in relatively harsh environments.
